I want to point out that you don't need trade agreements to trade in diplomacy screen. You only need them for automatic import/export depos. If you need some food for farms by any means you can import them from the start. At the same time trade agreements make prices much better and there is huge boost for relationship, so they are in time worth the price. There will still be these demands for help from your trade partners, but you can mostly dismiss them, as your relationship bonus from trade is big enough.

3:18 actually if you dont disable fetch (the cart wheel) they will grab from anywhere in the world 1:40 barter dosnt lower price just autofills the total

Just thought I'd point out that you don't need to agree on a trade agreement to do the barter one-time trades. The agreement is to setup automatic trade routes with the depots. However, I'm curious about what happens to requested goods for which you haven't allocated any wArehouse crates. Do they still get delivered?

Yeah, you are right, I was wrong on that end. And if you lack crates, stuff gets delivered to your throne and stays just there afaik.

there's lie, if you dont store item in warehouse you either buy all or sell all, tip for newcomers :)
