Hi Rolf, Just came from the live webinar ,that was great. I followed it with this video.This weekend I will have a look back at some of my trades to see if I can identify which chart phases I was trading? To answer your question,I think I am ok identifying support and resistance levels,along with trends and channels.I think I can probably identify the double tops along the way.So that really leaves supply ?demand which might be my weakest point of all three? My good trades have been the ones where I have studied and made sound decisions on what have been a strong signal trade. I used the 4hr charts to trade and checked the weekly to see bias.I then looked at the RSI and macd to confirm,and also whether the 200/50/20 emas were above or below depending.Even on some days I would check bollinger bands,and then finally look at the candles to try and form an opinion?Even as I write this,I can see how many indicators I am trying to use may not be helping? HEEEEELLLLPPPP!!! I`m really stuck here. I am only practice trading but barely making any ground,if I have a few good trades,I get too cocky and give it all back,no real discipline in my thought process? I think I can do much better and sort out some proper rules and dont deviate,as I hear you say time and again!! "Note to self" listen and act on what Rolf is saying........

I’d say prolly support and resistance. But what has caused me trouble in the past is finding a CONSISTENT way of drawing them. So what I did with my personal strategy is found out what pivot points my market respects the most over days, weeks, months, and years, and now I use Fibonacci pivots as my S/R only, everyday. I don’t even bother drawing anything else.

If you look inside the fractal of price they have to make everybody on lower time frames sell so you can fill their orders to move up. Inside high time frame bullish candles can look like a downtrend the whole time. Clearly we're just here to be food for the banks! I'm getting there But OMG the whole thing is soo frustrating. But I'm sure its mean to be. Why does it look soo much clearer on your chart? Could you mention what platform. Supply and Demand seems to work but half the time is a trap. I love how you sound hopeful. Price Makes ME want to put my head threw a wall.
