Perfect timing with this video. I don’t live near a Trader Joe’s, but I’m on vacation this week and there’s one next to our hotel. We just went today so I can pick up some pumpkin goodies. I definitely grabbed the muffin mix you suggested to make when I get home. I got a few other pumpkin items that are delicious and they were giving out pumpkin chili samples. Definitely worth the trip!

I bought the cinnamon bun spread too, got home, and realized I have no idea what to do with it. Since then, I’ve had a couple ideas! 1) add a thin layer to some warm TJ’s cinnamon roll bread (only one I’ve tried and it’s DELICIOUS) 2) I’ve seen recipes for cinnamon roll pancakes where people add a swirl to the pancake mix. Might try to do that with the spread! 3) I thought about adding it to oatmeal All very unhealthy ideas but a fun fall treat!!

I had the same first impression on the pumpkin spice cookies as well until I realized that the white cookies are just yogurt glazed whereas the orange cookies are the pumpkin spice glazed! Weird how they do that, but the pumpkin spice is in there!!

I think there's a fine line with the spice of fall...cloves/nutmeg...so probably most companies go light on them as they can be over powering!

The stuffed gnocchi is kinda different. It’s more pillowy that most and the filling tends to come out a little(despite my best efforts), but it was pretty good.
