I love Trader Joe's for vegan and gluten free staples. It's hard to find soy milk without emulsifier so I stock up on their soy milk for making yogurt. If you ever see their kimbap or pint of coconut milk coffee ice cream with tapioca pearls, it's definitely worth picking up as a treat!

TJ has the best tofu IMO. I also really like their soy milk. :)

Great haul!!! Those coconut chips are great for ming a vegan bacon!! If you find te beefless bulgogi you have to try it. Delicious!!!! As far vegan cheese I ove Violife and Chao cheese all flavors.

Those vegan meatballs are amazing! In fact I'm going to Trader Joe's today to pick up some more! I want to try those dolmas. They also have the best vegan caesar salad dressing!
