Every time I look for the vanilla bean cake it's gone, so I thought I'd try the carrot cake. I don't eat cake often and don't like things too sweet. I liked it. Here are a couple of thoughts. The icing wasn't overly sweet and had a good cream cheese flavor. It was gooey, yet pretty light. The cake had a nice spice flavor. I tend to prefer carrot cakes that have shredded carrots, nuts, etc. This cake was smooth, similar to a regular cake. The serving size was spot on. The cake was a satisfying 6 servings. Overall, good for supermarket cake.

I bought some rose lilies at TJs this past weekend. They open with typical lily petals, but there's a double layer of them. Really pretty!

Sprouts Grocery Store makes fresh sushi rolls. Every Wednesday they are $5.00 or $6.000 a roll. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard the same about a month ago - went to my store (Roseville, CA) 2 weeks ago, and they had about 60 on the shelf, I grabbed 2. Last week, there were 6 on the shelf and I grabbed 2 more...Yesterday they were gone, and their spot on the shelf was taken over by something else :( I hope they bring it back, or I'm going to have to savor my 9 bottles of it for as long as I can! lol :)

I love seeing that other states allow any store other than the ABC store can sell Alcohol. Here in NC ( And most of SC) grocery stores, Sam's Club. Trader joes and and Costco can only offer beer or wine.

I am glad I came here, because I went last year looking for the sushi, didn't see it. I asked one of the workers and she said she thinks they sold it before. I am certain I bought it before from there. I am about to try and find some from my location for my oldest bonus daughter. 🎉🎉🎉

Donut nectarines or peaches are the best! Never had TJ’s but when I lived near a Wegmans years ago my go to in season. I’m not even a peach eater but the donut peaches I could do. The croissants looked delish. The calamari…. You gave it a try but if I’m eating I can think of one restaurant that makes excellent calamari. Salad kits and produce….. there are so many what to buy what not to buy, at TJ’s produce is one of them other than the banana’s it’s over priced and not the best. CA ROLL BUT IS IT MSDE WITH ‘KRAB’ meat aka fake processed to look like regal crab. Still hoping for a TJ’s to open where I now live or 45 minutes a hour…. Sitting and waiting.

Unfortunately the carrot cake was not that great to me. The frosting was mediocre but the cake was a tad bit better. However I do like the chocolate and vanilla cakes. Those are a big hit, but the carrot not so much.

Why do you buy TJ’s TP and not get it in bulk at Costco/ Sam’s? We watch your videos pretty much within hours from upload and it’s always bothered us whenever you show your TJ shopping cart 😂

The TJ toilet paper is better. I find that the costco one crumbles when you use it. Quality over quantity.
