It used to be that peaches were only called either Freestone or Cling. The name refers to the quality of the stone--easy to remove & doesn't carry pieces of the peach with it when removed or "clings" to the peach & makes it more difficult to actually separate fruit from the pit.

Cut into small pieces and simmer in a little water and some sugar until soft. Drain but keep the juice, make a crumble top and sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake until top is golden. Serve warm and pour some of the rhubarb liquid over the top.

I would keep the Zucchini. They are just going to throw it away because they can't donate it being that the temp control chain was broken once it left the store. It helps to keep that in mind when returning non shelf stable items back to TJ's.

Actually lots of food items are not resellable when retuned. Same with people who insist on giving back “untouched” dishes at restaurants because “they don’t want to waste food and someone else can have it”No, they are going to the trash.

@@traderjoesgeek you are welcome! Your channel is great and I love watching it! ❤️😊 We all have the good intentions of not wasting food, but in reality more food was wasted due to corporate policies. People have found better ways to not waste food. For example, company that sells “ugly” vegetables, which are just irregular shaped or slightly blemished. They would all been throw away by supermarkets. It’s sad that we have plenty of food to go around in this country yet statistic shows some people even children still go hungry. I’m not sure about Trader Joe’s policy towards this issue but I’ve heard they are one of the better ones.

Hello❣️I just purchased the s’mores ice cream Friday afternoon. 🛒🛒I have to say, not being a big ice cream eater, this was pretty tasty! 😋 I LOVED the mango sticky rice crisps. Wish I had bought two bags. The turkey chili used to say dark meat, now it says turkey breast meat. I use to buy the one with a green label. I was a little disappointed with the GF blueberry 🫐 muffins. I had one muffin that had “zero” blueberries. 😮 Always love your hauls & reviews. Have an awesome upcoming week. 😊🥰💜

Love that you hold still on the ingredient label. I also can’t stand the sugar granules on top of muffins & won’t buy them --- If this still holds true, divide the sugar grams by 4 and it will tell you how many teaspoons of sugar are in each serving. 😛

More than half the time, they melt into the muffin which then makes the top of the muffin sticky and even more moist not to mentioning making it overly sweet. I end up having to find the container where the sugar didn’t melt so that I can scrape it off. Rant over 😆 Thank you so much for watching❣️

I’m gluten intolerant and love their muffins. They also have great oatmeal raisin cookies too. Try the turkey burgers with swiss, mushrooms and garlic aioli… so good.
