But with being so young, it was a hard routine to follow as i saw everyone else around me being able to eat what they wanted. Now i am feeling off again as an adult and trying to find meals that are more healthy. I have been enjoying the feeling i get when i eat mainly meat, veggies and fruit. I noticed I am not as inflamed and my stomach feels better. Dont know what it is about this diet but it does wonders!
