That is one of the things I love about you in the live chats. You keep it real and are always quick to shut down any carnivore 'cult like' thinking. Yikes! Some of the people that make this into a religion is scary. It's just food, people! Everyone needs to figure out what works for themselves.

Loved this. Just found your channel. I have hashimoto’s as well. I did keto starting last December when my A1C had crept up to 6.0,and lost 30 pounds. I transitioned to low carb and added exercise and have maintained my weight loss. I feel so much better. I’m also an 80/20 person. I think that’s the secret to sticking with a specific way of eating as well as figuring out what works for you. My gym told me the same thing. Would love to see more of these types of videos. 💙Cheryl

Meat based is how I explain my way of eating for a long time now. Its the simplest way to adapt it to what works for you. I dont do dairy but sometimes I do. I dont drink alcohol, but sometimes I do. Its freeing just to simplify and do what works for you. I know I shouldnt have this, or that. But 99 percent of the time I stay religiously in the way of eating I have chosen. And I love living like this. Always enjoy your videos, Neisha.....you are one sunshiny sassy gal❤

But with being so young, it was a hard routine to follow as i saw everyone else around me being able to eat what they wanted. Now i am feeling off again as an adult and trying to find meals that are more healthy. I have been enjoying the feeling i get when i eat mainly meat, veggies and fruit. I noticed I am not as inflamed and my stomach feels better. Dont know what it is about this diet but it does wonders!

And I am deep into skincare (38 years old, mother is an esthetician) so I am committed to a good quality collagen in addition to my animal products that I eat!
