The KIMCHI at TJ’s is not a good buy bc it’s not fermented if it has vinegar on the ingredients. I would consider that a pickled nappa cabbage, buy the one at Costco it’s legit Kimchi. I ♥️ your TJ & haul Ms. Ming🌷🌿👨👩👦👦🌸🌞

Can you do a video showing how you prepare your acai? I would love to get into it but I actually have no idea how to prepare it.

I think this video has it Trader Joe's Haul & Taste Test| Goat Milk Kefir, cauliflower mash, TJ's sweet bites, frooze ball kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6fCeJuGrdVml7M But now we just put a packet with some coconut water and some berries as a smoothie~

They have two beef bulgogi at Trader Joe’s. The one in the box that you showed is just the beef. The one in the bag is with rice both in the freezer section.

Nice to see TJs at least attempting to make some low sugar items. Still a hard pass on that lemonade but a B for effort… so many of their foods, as you eloquently point out, have too much added sugar.

I enjoy traders. There are certain items I get..one is their peanut butter cups! Not a food and can certainly live without, but only go to TJ's rarely, even though down the street. I almost always go for their fresh cut flowers. But, I still enjoy them. But so much is frozen.

I wish they add more savory items! I’m a savory gal! I eat cookies from time to time, but on daily basis I go for salty snacks~

I like the Mini Mochi Rice nuggets but am not familiar with rice bran oil and soy lecithin. Can you please explain these and if they're clean ingredients?
@MsMinglifestyle5 ай бұрын
So rice bran oil is not the best oil cuz its omega 3:6 ratio is far from ideal. So it’s not a good oil source. But it’s still a bit better than a lot of highly processed oil so moderate consumption with a healthy diet is ok. Soy lecithin is an emulsifier. It’s a food additive derived from natural sources. However, over consumption of emulsifier is bad for overall but microbiome and gut health. So it’s better to consume less. It’s in everything so it’s hard to avoid tho…. If it’s not in the frozen food or packaged food, it’s the sauce and a lot of the seasoning…

I love that you avoid all the bad oils that trigger inflammation. I have arthritis, and just want to avoid as best possible anything inflammatory.

I am sorry to hear that! I try to have a good balance of my omega 3 to 6 ratio, which means eating more salmon and other omega 3 rich food and eat less vegetable oil that are rich in in omega 6

Just curious, how do they get away with saying the organic lemonade is 58% of your daily limit when 29g of sugar IS you limit? Shouldn't it say 100% or does it have something to do with what type of sugar it is?
@MsMinglifestyle5 ай бұрын
It depends on your weight and daily calorie intake. I way 118 lbs so it should be 6% of my calorie intake. But for men who are 200 lbs or more they can intake way more amount than me without impacting their health as much. But again, it’s better just eat normal fruit and veggies instead of having any added sugar in beverages
@MsMinglifestyle5 ай бұрын
So the 58% is based on avg weight of men and women, which is probably at 150-160 lbs value.
