@jclay4524 ай бұрын
@JRoberrtBoobenheimer I trust Bobby. I am not easily influenced by the opinions of random strangers commenting on the internet. The FDA has created the unhealthy world that we live in. The leaders are bought and paid for, not by the American people, but by the corporations they’re supposed to regulate. The FDA creates patients for the healthcare system. I know too many people who take handfuls of medication daily, while eating garbage. They’re dependent on the system just to live. It’s unfortunate because the quality of life that they have isn’t that great given all their ailments. Every thing is managed and treated but never cured. An example: my neighbor is 3-400lbs. She eats prescribed pills like candy. (Side note: her insurance is through the roof). There’s no doubt in my mind that her food choices have contributed to her problems. We both have IBS. I see a different GI doctor and primary physician who don’t push medication on me. When I first went in, I had high cholesterol (the bad one) and high blood pressure. I refused their “medicine.” I did the hard work of changing my diet. I went low FODMAP and purchased herbal supplements that were for high blood pressure and some had the added benefit of lowering the bad cholesterol. I ignored the American Heart Association’s recommendations for healthy foods. Instead, I listened to Bobby. In 9 months, most of my IBS symptoms have subsided. (I can’t have certain foods like onion or garlic plus others). I also take a fiber supplement without Aspartame. Its monash university approved. I told my neighbor everything I was doing. In an argument, she claimed I needed help for obsessively self medicating. 😂 I laughed at her because my doctors are aware of everything that I am taking. My primary care doctor was impressed by my lowered bad cholesterol and the stabilization of my blood pressure. I did it all without pharmaceuticals. Meanwhile, my obese neighbor still struggles just to walk to her mailbox. She wants everyone to feel sorry for her, but she’s the one who’s put herself in that position. Health begins with what we put into our bodies. I have more energy, less brain fog, and I can concentrate for longer periods of time.

Organic doesn't actually mean that pesticides are not used. It means that it's below the "approved" level to be called organic. I've been following different companies that go to Central and South America and have talked directly with the growers who were at first seeking USDA organic approval but ended up going through the hoops to find this out and changed their minds because they don't want any pesticides and not to be paid to spray. I am looking for items at Aldi's with no to low salt and potassium and phosporus. Can you find these items and do a vlog?

I miss those the Benton keto cookies. The last month, they only have one with sugar. At least it’s almond flour. I don’t know why they stopped selling the ones with low sugar. The chips are really good too. Avocado oil.
