San Diego! How I miss it! Look at that BEAUTIFUL BLUE SKY!!! LOVE TRADER JOE's! Do wish they had MORE LOW CARB packaged entrees and appetizers though! And, LOW CARB bread! A lot of folks are on LOW CARB these days. KETO for one. LOVE YOUR VLOGS!

My kids like the whole wheat shredded wheat with the frosting on one side. I put it in the microwave with milk and warm it up for them. We don't buy cereal often because there's no nutrition in it, but my kids sometimes enjoy certain cereals for dessert. I like their frozen brown rice which comes in little pouches inside. If you're very hungry brown rice takes too long to make, but it is extremely healthy. I adore the coconut body butter, and the fresh Flowers at the Best prices in town. Love Trader Joe's! We love everything there the goat cheese, the organic foods especially because they are Priced great.

The frozen arepas with mozzarella cheese are pretty tasty! A little sweet, so if you're used to savory-salty ones then you might be initially thrown off like I was. The only problem is that, with both corn cakes and the cheese cooked all together, the middle took forever to heat up- pulling one of the cakes off and cooking separately fixes that

I bought the arepas last week but haven't had the chance to try them yet. Somehow, I already think that they are going to be a favorite, especially since they have a layer of mozzarella cheese in the middle.
