when adding a drawing how do we click out of it? I had to quit tos to get off editing ... I might be missing something or there is a bug

Happy to clarify! To delete a drawing, just right-click on it and select "Remove drawing." To switch from that drawing tool to another (or back to just a cursor), click "Drawings" at the top of the chart, then select a new tool from "Drawing tools." ^CM

hi Cameron instead of buying 1-2-1 butterfly can i buy 1-1-1 [ long, short , long ] . is it better ?

This sort of trade is certainly a possibility, but whether it turns out to be a "better" trade than a butterfly (or if either eventually are profitable) depends upon what time, price, and volatility do after the fact. Using calls as an example, your proposed trade would be significantly different than a typical butterfly, and rather than performing best if the underlying moves toward the short strike by expiration, it would instead do better if the stock were to rise substantially. As always, a trader should thoroughly understand a trade's potential pros and cons before trading. ^CM

How do you get rid of the new Static Quote + functionality?

There is a "Flatten" functionality which should accomplish this. Alternately, one can submit pre-defined Limit exits for long or short positions. Sometimes, it's just a matter of new/unfamiliar terminology. I hope this helps, and thanks for watching! ^CM
