I am now literally a successful futures trader because of you and I listen to your content every single day as a ritual to keep my mind right. I’m sure a lot of others also owe our success to you guys breaking it down for us… of course the work is on us and we deserve that but man did you seriously create a powerful philosophy that actually works… day after day, trade after trade, I am not afraid of the market anymore because I know it cannot hurt me so long as I simply do what you told me to, and I don’t care if I lose because I know at the end of the week when I look at my PnL it will be very positive even there are bloody days in the week that feel intimidating… it’s brilliant. Once you lose more than you win and then see yourself getting richer anyways something happens in the mind…

It’s much easier and better way: trader must accept trade as a winner if trade was taken 100% according to the rules of his system- this way every trade will be the winner. And trader will focus on executions of the trades according to the rules. Instead focusing on p and l. And also this perspective will place any trade taken while breaking the rules in to loosing category-no matter what outcome of it. Read this again and understand how this is works and how easy it will be to take the trade next time, knowing it’s a winner every time!

Tom I absolutely appreciate your psychology teaching. But I also think you put too much weigh on it. For example your School Run or ASRS can easelly be coded in an EA. So you absolutelly dont need any mental strength too follow the process. You dont even have to sit in front of the screen. Just saying

Psychology is an important part of trading. But I kinda agree to your comment. Once you learn about technical analysis, develop your own strategies and implement these with succes, then that mental side takes up less and less space in your mind when trading. At least that is my experience

@@TraderTom the issue is more with your daily consistency and huge swings in your account balance. I have been following your results at the end of the day that you post on Telegram. Some of your days would have wiped out most traders but then two days later you get most of your losses back. It probably has something to do with your trading style (high risk and big size) which is cool for you, but the average trader following you would have been smoked. Not saying you shouldn't keep doing what you are doing, but 90% of the people who follow you should not be trading with you because they don't have the capital or mental stability to handle the big swings that happen with your trading style.

@@viking8889 You're trying to exclude variance from trading. If the lows of an equity curve, largely ascendant, are sufficient to wipe you out, then the problem is your position sizing, not the strategy or trade management.
