Matt, get the first 5 picks of the draft or get alteast 5 first round picks on your team and start the rebuild with them. Also you need to start all of them at the same time and try to win a chip or go back to back. It is more like a FAB FIVE CHALLENGE

For the realistic rebuilds you need to stop giving everybody flat contracts, they're hardly signed especially by good players when they're young. I understand 2k allows you to do it but it's not realistic. Some older/role players may agree to them but not a lot
