Not many rebuilders seem to know this. Remember how you used to be able to change C to PF and their ovr would go up a lot? They’ve gotten rid of that mostly as we know. But you can still do it with a lot of guards going up positions. Like PG -> PF etc

I wanted to post this outside of a reply so others see it too. I’ve already left a million comments but whatever. Don’t usually comment. Impressive AF to do school and internships and everything else you’ve done while still uploading so much. You’ll eventually not be able to do as much I assume with your full time job starting this Summer. Then you’ll be getting your Masters and working eventually? Sounds wild w/ KZbin. So when that time comes, whenever it does (life happens) maybe stream more, spread out uploads more. I saw you got rid of the newsletter which would’ve been my first suggestion. And of course take breaks whenever you need. We’ll be here. Balance is important. Focus on what’s most important and as long as you still love KZbin you’ll find the time to upload. Maybe it’s only 2x/wk uploads sometimes, whatever. Best wishes dude, been watching you literally as long as I can remember.

I rly think having hard cap on in unrealistic rebuilds, especially as you go deep in to the future like this, is just silly. The hard cap doesn’t even exist like this IRL. You can re-sign ppl you have bird rights on as much as you want as long as your organization is willing to pay insane luxury tax like GSW/BKN etc. At the very least turn the hard cap to the highest it goes. The CPU is able to sign 90s for the MLE and do all this weird stuff that you can’t rly do. No reason for the hard cap to be what it is.

When I do rebuilds like this I usually keep the older statesman like adjusting cp3 too the bench until he gets old . Keep the chemistry high

With those auto generated classes, it’s SUPERRR hit or miss. You gotta make sure you scout the T10 prospects or as many as you can to 100% so you can see their overalls/badges. Sometimes there’ll be some demigod 83ovr then a bunch of 73-76s, sometimes nobody will be even a 79 at all, etc. So making sure you get at least like the T5, T8 whatever guys to 100% scouted. I assume you know how to pick which guys to scout throughout the season. Also you can always try to wait until after the draft and see if there’s any absurd overall guy and trade for him. Obviously their value will be really high so you should try to get the pick b4 the draft, but if not then that’s always an option. Once every few years you’ll see one of those monsters in the draft and they’re must-haves. I’ve seen guys who start at an 85ovr 😂

I'm a huge Suns fan and have been since I was a little kid and the first year I started getting into basketball was the year Barkley got traded to the Suns. My dad never really cared for basketball but was always a fan of the 3 other major sports (football, baseball and hockey) so be coming a Suns fan on my own at a young age was huge for me and Barkley and Nash have always been my favorite players over the years. Now my favorite player is Booker and ever since his 72 point game I knew he was very special but 2k seems to think he's just an above average player instead of the elite player he is. 2k seems to always disrespect him and the Suns in this game so it was awesome to see them win this many times but it kills me that you had to trade him to get on a roll especially when you got Ball to replace Paul on the team because of age. Ball and Williams should have made it easy for them to become a multi year dynasty easily. Especially with Booker taking over the games without the ball share of Paul who takes away about 10 shots a game from him, but it has only elected his point average by 5 points because he's become more efficient with Paul in the lineup. I truly hope Booker shows everyone he needs to be considered one of the best in the league and an all-star starter and possible MVP every year with Paul out of the lineup. He can show everyone that the team runs around him. He steps up and takes over games on bad shooting nights from the team and is the reason the Suns are in first place. They got a really deep team so they are still a good team without him but he's that one player every team needs that can take over games and put the team on his back and will them to a win because he's great every night. Suns lost last year because Paul and Booker were injured in the finals and they didn't have a backup center to help with Giannis when Ayton was out of the game. Giannis got most of his points in games when Ayton sat on the bench. Its to bad that Monty didn't realize Frank could help sooner and found out in the last game when it was already to late.

Yep I’m not even a MEM fan, (I mean they’re awesome but ykwim) but I think this would be the most fun one to do. Deep roster, Ja still on rookie deal, JJJr on good contract, all of their own picks, 2 extra in 2022 draft then another extra in 2024 draft. OKC is cool too but kinda overkill with all the picks. Feel like I’ve seen a lot of ppl do long rebuilds with OKC. No shade to them ofc.
