I'd say it was a good trade. I was actually thinking of doing the same thing but it's the premiums I keep thinking about. I think if I sold them individually on ebay I'd come out better in the end because some of my fractional are pre33. I've purchased a lot of silver within the last 2 months so I decided to change it up this weekend. I went up to Cabela's and purchased a 9mm Beretta APX along with some 9mm rounds. Technically I'm still grinding on my stack, my stack of lead with copper jackets. 🤙

Good video. It all comes down to personal preference and if you are happy and excited, then that is what matters. For me, I would not have done a straight trade of fractional gold for the 1 oz gold coin. It comes down to cost - what was paid for the original coins and what value you got from what you received. I think this trade should have had you get that 1 oz coin for fractional coins that added up to less than an ounce since their premiums are much higher than a 1 ounce coin. If one is in the collecting of gold and silver just to have it and willing to pay anything for it, then that is once thing. if one is in the collecting of gold and silver to make a profit and hedge against inflation, then buying as close to spot price and trading either at an equal cost or a better deal is the way to go.

Yes I did see the man drop his video. Another thing that you can do also is to sell premium silver for more silver. You can sell say 75 ounces of eagles and with that profit grab a 100 ounce bar and still have money left over. It helps make the stack work for you.
