That house would be so sick for the vlogs, could legit do mini-renovation series on there... pouring the concrete... maybe actually making that one bit into a skatepark, maybe expanding the tiny workshop so it can fit one car and a lift (idk how you would get up to it though)

Some advice from a roller coaster technician, use torque stripe! even if you're not torquing the bolts, put some paint on them so you can see if they've moved, easy way to check without actually putting a wrench on every bolt. Use a bright color like orange so you can easily inspect

Man that house would be dope. I have had some cool properties but imma tell you, the wrong neighbors can ruin a good thing. Hopefully they are cool. Maybe go around and introduce yourself to your neighbors and let them know what you do. There's a fine line between never talking to neighbors and the flipside, neighbors getting to cool/close with you. Anyways, best of luck!
