Yes!! He shot me with a nail gun!! Hit a nerve in my hand and my whole arm was numb for 4 days!! I'm surprised I survived building our house. I was shot with this nail gun THREE times...but only once was it self inflicted

My favorite episode of this is the one where one family didn't want the other to mess with their fireplace mantle--they were pretty clear about it. The family remodeling their house painted it. The first family's wife lady lost her damn mind with a hot mic. It was amazing.

The scorer is a "wallpaper tiger" that has serated wheels on it that "scores" or cuts holes in the wallpaper. I HATE that thing. It's supposed to make it easier to remove wallpaper, but it does just the opposite. You end up tediously peeling a tiny piece at a time...takes forever. FYI cut the wallpaper and strip the vinyl coating off. Then get the actual paper layer and glue wet with hot water. I use a spray bottle and spritz it. Then with a Putty knife, you can strip big sections easily

I cant get past that kid looking like a blonde Frankie Muniz. 😂 The decorating dude is a gay southern Steven Segal.. You should watch the show Changing Rooms from Australia or UK from the 1990's - i loved the concept but the execution was often horrible lol There were so many upset reveals of tacky kringe. 😂

"Do you want to be an interior decorator and play one on TV? Click the 'Apply Now' link below." I would have trouble taking instructions from Jean Claude Van Dam's gay uncle. I can tell he's gay because I've been in remodeling, and the only guys that tucked their shirts in back then were... well, gay. That's not the only reason... it's mainly because he became hot and bothered when he asked the Ken doll carpenter to "go 8 inches in", and "I want it 8 inches deep." 🤣🤣🤣

I watched one episode of this show when it first came out. The reveal came and one of the families was PISSED. The dad kept saying he wanted everything back the way it was right now and ripped the other dad a new one, while the wife cried off camera. To be fair, it looked like Beetlejuice decorated, so he was absolutely justified.

Hey now I used to love watching Trading Spaces lol but yes all of the words except for Candelier are real words. An armoire is essentially a cabinet, a harth is the brick or tile part of the fireplace that extends out, decoupage is gluing pictures or colored paper onto something to make “art”.

Yeah, the cat sculpturals were the best! 😹 I have no tolerance for shows like these, like I just want to see the before and after, maybe a 5 minute little talk about how they did a special feature or something, but damn, you could have 8 freekin' before/after reveals in the timespan of one of these shows. (Have you ever checked out the fails on these shows?? Where one family just HATES what the other fam does to their place!) 😱
