It's amazing how connected we are as Africans, You can see it through the dances. This is very similar to the traditional dance of the Tsonga people of South Africa. 😊

The tsonga like many Bantu groups have moves around the waist similar to these, i think we were influenced by them musically in Central Africa then those in southern Africa were further more influenced by the Khoisan
