Tea leaf salad or laphet thoke in Burmese is ok, but it is more of a side dish or dessert. I think Mohinga should be the traditional food of Myanmar as it is a complete meal and also considered to be the national dish of Myanmar.

Becoz Hyderabad is the only "biryani city" to have an official tag of "UNESCO's City Of Gastronomy", none of the other biryani hubs like Lucknow, Muradabad, Dindigul/Chennai, Delhi, Kashmir etc are so officially recognised for their cuisine. Biryani of all the places is good, its very subjective afterall, people like different varieties of different places. But Hyderabadi biryani is the most iconic dish of Hyderabad (that received UNESCO's recognition). Thus its special in that context. And the veg biryani is equally awesome at Hyderabad btw.

Biryani is my all time favourite dish. I have tried most the dishes mentioned in the video, they are all nice but there is just something about biryani that I can't find it in any other dish. And if you want to eat the most delicious biryani then I would suggest try Karachi's Biryani i will guarantee you will never be disappointed. I have had biryani from so many cities and countries but no one beats the way it is made in Karachi, Pakistan. I repeat no one. Not even the other cities of Pakistan. The biryani of Karachi, Pakistan is just pure love. The people who have had it will definitely agree with what I said.

Philippines: Yes, there is Pansit Bihon or thin vermicelli noodles. Elsewhere, I ate some foreign foods without leaving the country. It was due to the fact of foreign restaurants in the country. I eat Chinese Xiaolongbao, Italian Pizza Margherita, British Fish and Chips, Vietnamese Pho where you taste the coriander, and some Malay Nasi Lemak, Pakistani Biryani. Chile Empanada has Filipino version too. Swedish Kottbuller or meatballs with broccoli is delicious. I once eat it even expensive, when IKEA entered the Philippines.
