If you are still in Vietnam, I highly recommend making a visit to Hai Phong. For some reason the cuisine there is often overlooked by visitors. And I think some of the best food in Vietnam comes from there. Bun ca cay 🥰

Bún riêu is one of my favorite dishes that's totally underrated and not as popular to outsiders. Oh and I don't think that's crab paste, it's actually ground pork (and crab mixed in sometimes). And shrimp paste is the best! I add shrimp paste to my shrimp paste hehe. If you ever go to the South and need tips, let me know!

In Hà Nội, bún đậu should go with shrimp paste, bún ốc should go with shrimp paste and distillation chilly, phở should go with fresh chilly and lime. Some of things to be gourmet

If you like shrimp paste that much.. There is a dish that shrimp paste is a dipping sauce. Its called "bún đậu mắm tôm". It's a bún dish with fried tofu and steamed porks dip in shrimp paste.

Phở is easy food for many people can eat and delicious well. But, when you explore in Việt Nam you can find more delicious foods and feel like them more than Phở! I love Phở, but I also love Bún Chả, Bún Bò Huế... And more more foods you will like in Việt Nam! Have a nice trip or living!

Hi, There was once a Vietnamese restaurant near my home (Wales, UK) which unfortunately is no longer open, but the food was very nice which I was fortunate to have tried, even the food looks far nicer in your video though. Keep well and enjoy.

Trộn means mixing. Trộn dish should be the mixed noodle dish - without soup, or soup shall be used separately with mixed noodle. In some places, they call "dried dish" (with separated soup). Just enjoy Vnmes noodles world. :) 🇻🇳❤️🍜😘

The second one is actually bánh đa. Bánh alone means cake or bread. Bánh phở = rice noodle for phở. Our naming system is really confusing haha
