Hai Veena... ഞാൻ വീണയുടെ ചില receipes ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട് എല്ലാം perfect ആയി വരാറുണ്ട്... Comments ഒന്നും ഇടാറില്ല... But ഈ ഉണിയപ്പം ഇന്ന് പൂജക്കു വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിനോക്കിയതാണ് perfect ആയിരുന്നു.. ഇതുവരെയും ഒരു ഉണ്ണിയപ്പത്തിന്റെയും receipe ഇത്ര perfect ആയി വന്നിട്ടില്ല... ഇതു പോലെ തന്നെ റവ ഇഡ്ഡലി, പോക്കാവട, തക്കാളി chutney, കുബ്ബൂസ് etc എല്ലാം നന്നായി തന്നെ വന്നു..... ഞങ്ങളുടെ friends nd cousins ന്റെ groups ൽ try ചെയ്ത് നന്നായിട്ടുള്ള receips എല്ലാം discuss ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട് അതിൽ വീണയുടെ receipe ആണ് അധികവും വരാറുള്ളത്. Tried this recipe several times. Except once it came out very well. The only one time whenI failed I added 300 g jaggery melted in 1/2 cup water. For me all other times when I added 250 g jaggery melted in water sligtly less than 1/2 cup came out perfect 👌. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe 😋
