Traditional Polish BIGOS! You must try this superb dish!

BIGOS! (a hunter's stew) A fantastic traditional Polish dish. Easy and cheap to cook! You have to try!
Ingredients:
White cabbage 1 kg
Sauerkraut 2 kg
750 g of pork neck
750 g of pork loin
(you can use any different meats, poultry etc if you like)
Two handfuls of boletus (cep)
10-15 dried plums
Concentrated tomato puree - one 200 grams tube
5 bay leaves
Allspice 8 or 10
and same amount of dried juniper berries
salt and pepper
a bit of frying oil
