I'm glad we can talk about konjac recipes! For me, it is just an ordinary food because I was brought up eating it. Though, I understand that it's hard for most people who are new to konjac to accept it. I think it will take more time for konjac to be accepted, but I believe it will be the next plant based meat following tofu and seitan. I have a lot of new ideas in my head that I want to experiment with!
Thank you for this. I am in US and though my measuring cup has metric I don't have a scale, any chance you can convert 10g to teaspoon or tablespoons like you did with the seaweed?
