Tbh cooking own self have benefit than outside which are the things we put into the food. Although its a lot of hassle cooking for one person but not if you have 6-10 family members saved a lot of money.

if you are going to Phuket, I suggest taking trip packages from "Arena Tour and travels" easily located in patong using Google maps, she has good prices. for money Exchange there is a place on the left side at the entrance of Bangla road on patong beach side.

When i was in Thailand for 4 weeks, i ate 100% Thai. Before i went, i ate a lot dishes with Adjuma and Habanero to build up resistence to spicy food. My best and preferred Thai breakfast was Som Tam with sticky rice.

As somebody who lives in Oakland California the wage of 20 dollars isn’t livable the extremely high cost of rent and bills are sky rocket high unlike any other time of my life these people have to work 2 or 3 jobs just to live a tiny bit comfortable the economy is horrible the price of groceries are 5 times as high as they were years ago everything in California is terrible
