Nice job Jason. My wife and I moved to Chapala area two years ago and just really enjoy the locals and their culture. We feel fortunate to be guests in this wonderful place. We are missing all of the fiestas and parades almost as much as we are missing the hugs and the inability to see the smiling faces behind the Covid masks. My attempts to learn some Spanish has really been impacted with the need to stay in our home as much as possible, I truly hope that some level of normal is not to far away. Before moving here I was woefully uninformed about Mexico, it's history and its culture, now it is a new adventure for us.

My sister n law is from Guadalajara, Mexico. Day of Dead is something she is very serious about celebrating. Honoring our ancestors is importante.
