In its simplest form, liberalism is life now. Pleasures now! Even the thought of death is pushed forward to an uncertain time. Eternal decay. Tradition is death in honour and life beyond death.

What’s your Opinion on Roc and the Qing dynasty?

Qing dynasty is based but roc is mid ccp not based at all either way china had the best civilization in human history

I have a fairly positive view of the Qing dynasty, very negative view of ROC

@@Randomytaccount8Japanese nationalist I guess either way ROC fought against Japan and they both crippled each other and China was take over by communists cause Japan crippled them

@@Randomytaccount8 First of all they were Republican. Which for me, really is enough to discard them (I am a staunch monarchist/traditionalist).Second, they were the dogs of America (and still are). Third, they took over Taiwan (Takasago) and replaced the original population and culture with Han-Chinese culture. It's like America, just going to places and playing king. The Japanese never did that, they respected Manchus as the majority population of Manchuko for example, and only imported skilled labour and farmers to further the development of Manchuko, never trying to invade it. Also, they had ZERO plan for reorganizing China. At least Mao had a plan (tough I obv hate him and his movement as a radical reactionary). They were against Japan, in a very childish way. When, in the 20s and early 30s they could have formed an allience (pan asianists such as Ikka and Ishiwara) were very influental then. They wanted their own thing, whatever that was. Without a Emperor, without a identity - the ROC was (after 39, til this day) based upon the cult of that incompetent leader Chang Kai Check (even the republican forebearers such as Sun Yat Sen would look with disgust at what he did). There are many more reasons, but these are some.
