I did not see all your video due to bad audio. I can tell you that I am a Traeger owner and mine caught fire 3 times prior to Traeger tell me that I needed a new control unit and temp probe. Both were replaced and after the second cook my Traeger caught fire during the second cook as soon as I turned the temp down. be very carefull and watch your Traeger at all times when cooking, it can catch fire at any time!

I just want to say we are highly disappoint with Traeger grills. Our 575 pro controller went out late March. The company has been giving us the run around since then. After being told on May 8th the part was on its way it is still not here. After being on the phone for over 2 hours yesterday we were finally connected with a rep. The rep said the part was in the warehouse and would contact to us to let us know if the part had shipped. After not hearing back my husband called Traeger back today. The rep today said the part was on back order and could not give us a date as to when we might get it. This grill is less than a year old. Träger does not allow email anymore so calling is the only option. Furthermore, the company does not allow reviews on their website

Matt: I didn't come here or to your channel for weight loss advice. I came to learn how to cook amazing fatty meats. I went Keto 2 years ago (60 lbs down), went Carnivore a year ago (total of 88 lbs down). I can fit my way of eating (woe) to your way of cooking. Ain't no one need to be cooking with low smoke point oil (olive(which may be mostly canola oil). IMHO fat is more important than protein in a healthy body. Prove me wrong!

Re the chicken grade question, here in the UK, free range, corn fed is the superior option, I wouldn’t touch a standard lower welfare chicken. The use of the word commodity makes me pretty sad.
