signature blend for chicken wings now.. sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my first bag as signiture blend and I do like it alot but I will try Cherry next. Using it with smoker box on my gas grill and it is so delicious! Switching from wood chips which are horrible and now I love pellets and would never go back to wood chips. maybe I will throw wood chips in with the pellets for some extra kick! Love the no hassle long lasting smoke!

I found out that Cherry , Pecan and Applewood have 30% of the actual wood in it. The hickory and mosquite only have wood oils and not any actual hickory or mesqute in them. I am going to try the cherry wood pellets instead of the signature blend this week :)
