The first step in the tutorial should be - look at the back of the device and note down the SSID and Security key - you will need it later - especially useful for people who have lost\dont have the configuration card!!

Want to thank you for the set up guide. However there is one problem I am facing, the extender is transmitting signal, but the green signal strength indicator stops glowing after 24 hours. Is it a hardware issue?

why 5g connection is not possible in dual band , 1610 dual band detects 5g but wont long in .. always say password wrong while it connects to 2.5g. no issue with password
