Probably the best looking park on KZbin right now, in my opinion. 16:45 That one diagonal dotted center line in the road (near the front entrance) should be connected to the center line of the road, not the outside curb, I think

River rapids guides, ziplines, and mini golf are the three big things that first come to mind to me. I work at Glacier National Park and river guides are a big chunk of business as well as gimicky stuff like ziplines and go-karts.

I have started a project using your central highway. I have used the bus ride where it looks like they are pulling in to drop guests off. Using the guest entrance bus to make it look more realistic. Your park looks incredible. Keep it up.

By far my favorite PC2 park build series! With the latest update, the complexity meter is 85% (on PS5). My suggestion is that when you are completed with the build, make 2 other save files. One for the water park and one for the theme park, and leave the strip in both. Keep it up!!

Love your content. Here’s some rapid fire ideas, maybe add a dedicated hiking nature trail with an overlook along a cliff edge and a spectacular waterfall area like Anna ruby falls in Helen GA with a public park picnic table area and natural springs, a sky bridge like Gatlinburg, or an observatory fire tower, or primitive camping areas. Just thinking of all the outdoorsy stuff I would do in Tennessee and western North Carolina area. The theme park would be cool to have a biltmore estate type vibe with a grand entrance through the estate to enter the park.

I would suggest putting a Vehicle repair shop, whether it be for tires or something down the highway. Because usually something like that. If there's a lot of traffic, they try to set up in that kind of area also It will help break up restaurants and food places.😊

Smithfields restaurant would be good in that area...there are some good places in TN to eat that NC doesn't have. I loved living in TN and I miss it but life changed many things since ive left Vanderbilt. I love this park quite a bit!!! Wonderful work!!! :D

Love ur detail orientation! 🫶🙏 i noticed that your building completly horizontaly, i think a big challenge would be a proper mountain for some verticality, im sure it enchances the immersion, a good example is silvarets last coaster build with the River

It would be cool to have a working infinity pool on top of a hotel. It would also be cool to extend the transportation from the park to the hotel and maybe adding shops inside for people to actually use the buses or even connect the parks together with the buses or trams.

Knott's Berry Farm has the Chicken Dinner place on the road that cuts through entrance to the park. Accessible to the public without Park entry it has dine in and take out options.

Maybe you should make some serious camping/hiking areas on the outskirts of the plot; it seems like a lot of tourists coming to this area because of its natural beauty, which is where the park derives its theming from.

Would it be possible to create a mini golf course??? There is a resort called Big Cedar Lodge that this reminds me of and they have a really cool themed mini golf course. There are also some deluxe cabins that people can stay in. Really incredible work on this!!!! A ton of talent!!!

The barriers still don't work yet, but I found out that you can use benches and trash cans for them, if you don't already know😊. They can't be sunk into the ground, but it works if you select them with the multi-select tool. Not ideal, but at least...

What I wouldn't mind having gas for $2.49 again! LOL Great video and I love the rooftop pool! Are the pools at the resort actually able to be used by guests? One thing I saw, and I hope you don't mind me saying, but the entrance where the roof goes down towards the entrance resort doors makes the entrance seem very very small instead of open. I think if the roof went up instead of down towards the resort doors it would make it seem more open if you were going for that. A walkway under the road would be cool, but themed to a cave with lights and wooden poles holding it up. You could even have a bear cave with bear sounds or bat sounds happening as guests walk under the main road to cross. I think doing an elevated walkway would take away from the esthetic possibly of the main drag with the businesses and such. Either way, this is so much fun to watch and see and gives me ideas for when I dabble in PC2. Hope you feel better Sdanwolf!
