how do you open your cad website like that. or is it a built in thing on your server?

You can do it three ways. I personally sign into the CAD through the stream browser People in my community also use the Sonoran cad app or they log into a normal browser like chrome or Firefox The third way is that we also have an in-game cad set to a key that members also use. It automatically puts a tablet emote into the officers hands. I hope this helps.
