For those people that don’t this preemption cycle. When Main line Railroad Connected to interconnected Crossing When the crossing is activated the lights will go to extended green lights for vehicles are still on the crossing all on coming traffic will stop at the red light and after certain amount of time it will go to all flashing red. Or stays on during the cycle at busy intersections after the train passes then the traffic lights will go back into normal cycle

Because the train was coming these signals will go into flash mode when train is at Intersection
