@@adymma5575 I understand this. Its not the final result of the act but the principle of what she proceeded to do. She came home, found her help sick. Instead of checking her temperature and investigating what's wrong with her & try getting her medication, she proceeded to beat her in that condition. If that was her own child in the predicament of a house help will she want someone to treat her that way? Okay she finally killed her by mistake, she proceeded to violate her corpse to escape justice because the entire way she's been with her was just wrong. People really need to learn to keep their hands to themselves and have more empathy & compassion for their fellow human. God bless us all!

Punishing someone corporally for the wrong done like a house help could also be an intention to murder. Intention to kill or punish may both result in death. It's sometimes difficult to measure intent to kill or to punish. Interpreting the law in cases like this may be difficult to interpret.
