Ingredients For the dough
150 gr. Butter or Margarine
100 gr. Sugar
1 vanilla
70 gr apple puree (about 2 small apples)
30 gr. apple or orange juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp baking powder
400- 450 gr. about flour g.o.x.
