Hello Mr Smerconish, I absolutely agree with your reporting. The NO politicizing became ridiculous. Senator Kennedy pushing his way in front of the FBI agent in charge was so disrespectful. Yet I LV, it was handled professionally. It just shows how split our nation is.

Spot on Michael. Leave this information sessions to those that know of what they speak. Politicians have come to have 2 primary objectives in their job description. First and foremost, spend their time getting re-elected because they crave the power. Second, find any way possible to be in the spot light as that facilitates the first priority. Doing the work of the people has long since gone by the wayside as a priority for nearly all in Congress thus leading to the continued failures of the Federal government to govern. Kennedy is a primary example - just watch his antics in any committee hearing.

Get real. If a politician stays quiet the opposite media will say "where is he"? REEEE. Either way they can't win.

@@adamcarter6862 BULL! There is a time and a place for everything. A press conference on these sort of events is neither for a politician to be grandstanding.

I was so glad you started this conversation on your radio program this week!! Performative Politics and Grandstanding has become the cancer of substantive discourse and critical thinking. Sadly, the perceived rewards reaped by the Performers on both sides of the aisle in a polarized 2-party doom loop far outweigh the risks associated with just being a jackass! If I have learned nothing else from your radio show these last few election cycles, it is sadly just this. Thanks for what you do!

After watching Senator John Kennedy, I’m thinking he needs a cognitive mental evaluation!

Nah he's just an a-hole who doesn't care at all about the constituents he serves, but using tragedy to promote his favorite political false narratives.
@bird.passion27 күн бұрын
Well said, but you should also have included Trump falsely blaming immigrants for these tragedies to score political points when it turned out they were American born citizens.

Nah that had nothing to do with the post tragedy pressers, that was just a dumbass politician posting garbage to Xitter while on the chitter.

Despite the fumble on vocabulary, I still trust the FBI over this joke of a senator.

Stupid partisan rhetoric has no place in tragic situations. Kennedy is part of the federal government and should not be saying stupid stuff like that. There should be unity in times like these.

Bravo, the public is tired of gaslighting. Just give us the facts. People are more worried about saving their jobs than doing their jobs.

They’ve earned the lack of faith. I actually felt better after hearing Sen. Kennedy. How much have we heard in the months after two attempts on Trump?

The nose ring wearing and clueless female FBI official saying “it wasn’t a terrorist attack..” makes Senator Kennedy’s words VALID. Smerconish believing the FBI is valid after all their lies is what I disagree with.

the FBI is rotten from the head up when you have the head of the FBI, Christopher Wray, testified in front of congress that Trump ear was hit by shrapnel and not by a bullet said it all. kash patel will come in do all the deep cleaning.
