Bro you using the XR4 front and rear? How did it feel? Traction rolling resistance etc.. I'm thinking of getting the XR3 rear XR4 front.

Hey! Yeah, XR4 front and rear. There is a good balance of traction and rolling resistance. XR3 in the rear might help speed things up and I’ve considered that setup as well. If you go with it, please let me know how it feels. Coming off Conti Trail Kings, these tires roll much better.

Did you notice a big difference after switching to the I9 hubs?

I think most of the improvement I felt is because I swapped to Oval and the i9. My original hub already had 108poe. The wheels on the other hand, made a huge difference.

There is but I think it’s only open on the weekends. I haven’t noticed in a while but there is a container next to the main entrance of the trail where they might rent bikes. Good luck!

Thanks for watching! I’ve been slacking lately and trying to get back in the groove of things. I try to ride weekend mornings! You have to give it a go and see how fast you can do the lap. The fastest I have done it was 37:40 but I was about 20lbs lighter 😅

I have to get a better measuring tool than my Garmin watch but, at Amelia, I am roughly between 13 mph-13.8 mph
