Kids and riding dirt bikes! The growing confidence we experience when dealing with both is so worth the pain! Been riding here in central Id. With my 11 year old baby girl just this last year and starting now this year. I cannot tell you how proud I am to see her gaining courage and control of her own abilities like yours. Family!!!

Do I hear dad of the year award. 👍 Most people outside our sport don't realize how much dirt riding is a family sport. Seems like most people lump motorcycle fans with the 1%. Great job, great video.

I started on a 50 cc polini and then when I outgrew that we sold it and couldn't afford a bigger bike until a few years ago, my uncle gave me his old 125 and I still haven't paid him for it 😂 and me and my dad haven't been able to get out and ride much but every time we get the chance I get more confident and get a little bit more skill. And I'm pretty sure some of that confidence comes from this channel just being able to watch what I can eventually do

Did you bust a hand guard off? I notice you only have 1 on the throttle/brake side.
@DirtBikeChannel7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the handguards on this bike are quite brittle. I have heard that it's just an issue with the white hand guards on the Sherco's. Sounds like the blue guards are much better.

Hey Kyle, when are you and the kids going to begin participating in enduro competition?!
@DirtBikeChannel7 жыл бұрын
No, we just ride for fun.
@MichaelAbramo7 жыл бұрын
Careful, you may eat those words in a couple years when one of the kids is asking you to take them to your local enduro clubs harescramble event! My bet is on Connor. Just to add, I find that Junior enduro events are extremely family oriented. It's all about ensuring the kids have fun and stay safe. For example, I take my 11y/o cousin to participate in junior enduro's. They start time at the beginning of each lap and stop time at the end of each. From there you can continue to the start again if your kid is ready, or they can pause in the pit with you for some refueling, rehydrating, and some Dad time if needed at no penalty to the overall time. It may be different for your local junior series, but that's my experience and it really is fun to be a spectator and to be your kids "pit crew". Just some food for thought!

How we wish in Australia..We can not ride anywhere and i MEAN ANYWHERE IN THIS WHOLE COUNTRY in Australia other than private property or moto x track ...if your a fully licenced rider and own a road regesterd bike u can ride in state gov owned forests .if u a child or unlicensed unregisted dirt bike owner u cannot ..Australia fucking sucks........Now off roading fourwheel driving is pretty well gone to...You can only mod ur patrol or jeep or Toyota land cruiser etc to a minimum from standard.......2 inch lift and 1 inch bigger tyres than standard!..... law came in last year one by one are being kicked off the road untill u make it standard or max 2 inch lift ....Now there going to ban beach driving next.. Now road bike's gsxr1000 harleys etc YOU cannot modify exhaust any more must be standard ....so no more yoshimura....yes u can put it in but u will get fined 300 bucks and void accident insurance as well...
