Super appreciated the note that came with my cap, cheers Ben! Really enjoy the vids and training tips, hoping I can crush the vert like this over the next couple of months too!

Thanks Ben - great content as always! I particulary enjoyed watching this trail run - for me, this type of run, where you explore new places off the beaten track, is the best thing about running :)
@BenParkes6 жыл бұрын
Yeah.. doing the same loop near home can get pretty boring at times, so love trying to get out and explore as much as I can. Glad you liked the video Alice, all the best and hope your runnings is going well!

Ben - may I ask a question not related to this post at all - Do you intend doing a shoe review of Clifton 1 Release and Vapor fly 4%?
@BenParkes6 жыл бұрын
I would love to.. just wish I had more time in the day to get everything done. The Cliftons 1's are amazing though in my opinion.. just don't seem to be lasting well. Think they'll be done by 400km.. which is pretty poor. The 4%'s are the greatest running shoe ever made in my (very limited!) opinion.. but for the majority of runners concentrating on getting some decent consistent training miles will be way more productive than hoping the 4%'s will make a difference.

Great content but theres such a huge difference between your voice audio and music. I have to turn the volume right up to hear you speak but then get deafened when your music begins to play between clips... very frustrating.
@BenParkes6 жыл бұрын
Hi Jack.. sorry about that. Everything sounded completely fine on my laptop before I uploaded it... will go back and look at the edit and see if I've made any mistakes where it might not be correct on other platforms. Thank you for letting me know.
