It’s a fan animation, covering only the first arc before the golden age arc the movies and series covers but in the timeline it’s actually taking place after the eclipse. It wont be on any streaming platforms like netflix since it’s unofficial, by fans. Chances are it’ll be on youtube / their patreon / maybe a site of theirs.
