This might not actually be possible. I know that if you don’t throw a punch the whole fight, the win will be given to the opponent by default. I would have to throw at least one punch in order to win the fight by decision.

Ok so for Glass Joe, you launch the fight normally, you only hit him on the body, not too much because we don't want to give Glass Joe a TKO, but when there the cutscene of Glass Joe saying "Don't touch my chin ! Don't hit my chin !". You only hit his head and can give him a KO with a star punch
