Just used mine for the first time. It was ok. STill took some elbow grease and pushing to get my 2500lb popup into my side yard up a slight incline and some gravel. I really would have preferred the tires you could fill with air so you could let a little out to increase traction.

Absolutely shite, mine broke first chain link which I replaced then the part of the valet that slots into mount snapped off.
