I’ve learned that people are going to always ask or request you add things to your menu. However these are people don’t have experience in this business nor knows the state and health department regulations . So stick with what you know Pre-Cooked food.

So I have an open air food cart that has two small steam tables and an ice bin. I'm going to put it on a trailer plat form and want to add a deep fryer are these allowed and if so are their stipulations for installation.

Actually I'm a electrician / plumber / gas pipe fitter and bens right it's low pressure fault buddy. Just because it rhymes with liquid whatever if its appearing on a friggin gas device such as a grill and etc it's LOW PRESSURE FAULT
