Great video! It brought back some good memories from when I was a teenager in the early 80's. The town was so much more back then with its shops, pool, skating rink(where I was teaching kids to skate). It even had a movie theatre where I saw the 'Rocky horror picture show' for the first time! Looking forward to your next video.

Hey Brad, Your Arctic ocean adventure was epic. Love your channel. I think I've watched most of your videos. Love all your jeeps, the JK is my absolute favorite. It just looks perfect. Just wondering if you've done Black Bear Pass in Colorado and if not do you have any plans for doing it in the future. Watched a couple other videos and it looks like the ultimate test for man and vehicle...but scary as hell. Thanks for all your videos, keep them coming and stay safe. Love to hear back from you. Rick

As an example Alberta is just a little shy of the size of Texas, BC on the other hand is the size combined of Texas and Michigan together to give you some perspective. Yes Ontario and Quebec are much larger yet. The gist is that Canada was just sliced up into fewer pieces of a pie but makes for some large landscapes within a border.

Brad, great video! This one made me nostalgic, it was cool to see you and Shaun roll through my old stomping grounds. I lived in a small gold mining camp (Erickson Gold) 14 km from Cassiar and took the school buss from the mining camp to Cassiar where I went to school. If I remember correctly when I was in 11th grade (1988) the total school population was 94 students (grades 8 -12). I left there in the summer of 88 and the town closed down in 92 I think. I live in Colorado Springs now but sure do miss those Cassiar Mountains! I hope to meet you at one of the overland expo events in the future. Great content, keep it up!

@charlesb42675 ай бұрын
Remember he won't be going that way, as far as I know he won't be going into Alaska at all or that was not the plan he laid out. North of Whitehorse is where he will be headed unless the plan changed along the way. Back in 2006 I went up to Dawson City and across over into Alaska there on the top of the world highway to the Alaska highway, and then on up to Fairbanks and the arctic circle, then down to Anchorage, Homer, then around over to Tok to join up with the Alaska highway again and did that section you are referring to back to Whitehorse. That was the worst section then of the Alaska highway but was WAY better than what I have seen in videos in recent years with construction and messes everywhere in that area you refer to and its all due to perma frost I would think causing the road to fall to pieces.

I'll present this as a question ... I know that the rear recovery points on the Patriot are rated for recovery, but are they appropriate for the use of a soft shackle. In the video the tabs look somewhat thin and the bore edges sharp. If they are indeed radiused I'll be quiet ....

This is easy to say from my comfy couch, but would it have made sense to flip your hitch around 180 degrees in that ditch crossing? That way it would have pointed up. Your camper would’ve been at a weird angle for a bit, but you might not have gotten stuck.
@toddshook17655 ай бұрын
Your camping spot on day 7 next to river is what I picture where I want to be. Driving you can great views but the drone really made the views epic.
