I'm drooling just looking at Marco's masterpieces. You guys are lucky! That place is beautiful as well. The chimichuri reminded me of my trip to Patagonia. Awesome video, as always, Brad! I was looking at the REI table, and based from this video, it works really well. The table is not expensive as well.

I love the final Mexican touch, chile lime on some sandia. Legit, Marco. I pulled some nopales (cactus) out to go with a Mexican stake dinner while overlanding in Big Bend NP once. Friends initially thought I was nuts, these are the same people now addicted to Tajín and lime on watermelon.Thanks for the new recipies!

I am still catching up on all the videos but this one is awesome. Marco is the man. His cooking is great and he has the tells of all of us who love to cook. That is we never measure anything because we just know, someone who can cook can do it anywhere and we have more pleasure in watching others eat what we create.
