That is Correct! Amtrak P42DCs, F40PHs, ALC-42s, and SC-44s use the Nathan K5LA Horn.

Nobody really mentioned how good the K3's sound. I really like the K3LA and the K3L with the K3L as my 2nd favorite horn in the video with the last K5LA being my #1 favorite. Train horns = music to my ears

Just plain brilliant. Who would not want you behind them waiting for a light to change, then HOOONNNKKK the big black, 5 pipe one is just too damn loud doesn't sound like a train horn. I've got to go with the 4th one, smaller only two pipes but it sounds wild. Where are you at east of Sacramento?
