Video #221 - an AC Chair Car ride from Bengaluru (Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna station) to Mysuru Junction by the 12007 Chennai - Mysuru Shatabdi Express. This is perhaps the most value for money option to travel between these two cities. The train fare is only Rs. 315 (IRCTC Processing charges extra) - and this fare includes a 'mini-meal' (A mini-lunch in my case). The train completes the 139 kilometres journey in 2:10hrs!
This train is cheaper than AC Buses on the route. The other trains sell AC Chair Car tickets at similar rates, but wouldn't include a meal!
