I don't know if it's me or someone else feels the same too, it never seems like Mark is repeating the same videos although they are about the same exercises. There's never boredom and always something new.

i basically watched >100 hours of his content and at this point everything he says has been said before at some point he just repeats a lot of stuff so its more inclusive to newcomers probably. kinda wished he would make videos abt some of the more advanced technique topics (like rotating all the way in a mill, pronating/supinating the wrist in a single arm 180, ..). theres things to be learned and taught to intermediates that currently is not part of the content strategy.

Patience. He's only one man with a Camera man. More advanced stuff is coming..

@@jacobcarrick1182 I'll say I rather like the repetition. Helps build a real solid foundation.

For those who are curious about Mark's 2-Handed Club Basis of Strength Program, this is a good example of what the program offers...copious amounts of squating and lunging movement patterns. I purchased the program, and I just completed Levels 1-7 with my first weight, 17.25 lb. The program is the real deal. Highly recommended!

That is great to hear. I'm starting that program next week.

Excellent combination. I like that it combines a squat with an outside circle.

I’d be really interested in seeing you do a collab with Adam Sinicki (The Bioneer)

I've often wondered WHY the Bioneer doesn't use heavy clubs MORE. I see them as a cheat code to getting real world strength with your feet on the ground.

Yeeeees, all of the circles and pendulums combined with squats. The first time I did this exercise, my core said “😬”

Today I did 8 minutes of 2-handed alternating gama cast with my Adex Arc followed by 2 minutes of inside and outside circles. Love working with clubs and mace on alternate days to my kb work!

How do you like the Arc? Is it more like a club or more like a mace?

This is one move I do volume cycles with for about a month every time I go up in weight in clubs. It really helps once you get over about 20lbs or are middle aged, or both.

Mark, can I place the squat after catching on each side of an alternating pendulum?

Washington state> I was just there with my new Adex Wildman club which I hauled around beating up my new suitcase traveling in the states before returning to Vietnam. Love the tool, but makes me feel like the 74 year old puss that I am when I see Mark wielding monster clubs. Push swing pull catch
