Remarkable work capacity. To precede two shoulder pressing Movements with two heavy triceps movements is really a feat. The first movement not only fatigues the triceps but also the front delts, and chest. The second super heavy French press targets the long head of the triceps which plays a critical role in overhead pressing. To do that work first would trash most lifters! , Dan obviously thrives on it because he's one of the best in the world. That ability to recover not only workout to workout considering how much pressing he doea on bench day, but his ability to recover within a single workout is also very impressive and rare as far as my experience goes.
