First, using all caps makes you very aggressive. Next, it seems like you're on last gen. you will only have the 390 and 350 due to memory problems. The consoles are over 10 years old and they no longer have the power to run tsw with all layers

If you’re on console, check manage content 👍🏻 you’ll see them in there to install
